I LOVE MARIA!! I called Monday saying i needed a form filled out because i had to pick up my car from the dealer. Maria was so quick and very communicative and did everything including making sure my form was faxed and emailed it to my dealership so i can get my car on time. Im Trying to pay my bill, which is expensive even tho i have a perfect driving record, over the phone and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. They took the option for paying with cash away so now i HAVE to pay the extra fee for using your card every time IF they decide to answer the phone to allow you to give then all your money. Oh they didn’t answer the phone? That sucks they still cancel your insurance if you cant pay on time.
Edit- oh wow they answered the phone after 45 minutes of being on hold and the lady didnt know what to do and insisted on putting me on hold again to transfer me to the WRONG NUMBER. at this point what do i do??? Read more >
