I bought my first car, which meant getting my own insurance. Working with Western Mass Auto has been great. They made the process easy and was consistent in communication. Answered all my constant questions and always got back to me before the day ended. Something very note worthy is them finding the right policy for you, going through all scenarios and probabilities for coverage. She was patient, professional and more than willing to help me get the best rates she could find.
