I won a court appeal to have my points removed from my policy and Roxanna Moreno helped me throughout the whole process! She was very informative! First she requoted me, then asked her to save the new quote for when I was ready to transfer (I had to wait until the month I had alrady paid for to expire prior to switching insurers). If you need something done, Roxanna is the one I would recommend personally.
