I'm loving this program. The best part for me is how structured it is - and how two Naturopath doctors, a nutrition/wellness coach and a super organized office manager and just about all supplements are covered in the price! I'm smart and have done lots of research but have never been able to pull everything together into a coherent plan for myself, so I love just how easy the program makes tackling labs; setting up an elimination diet (including prioritizing organic foods); providing a unique supplement program; integrating movement; and integrating stress reduction and emotional balance techniques, including creating a mediation practice. All packed up into an organized folder, an easy to use on-line platform and weekly meetings; balm for my ADHD brain.

I've had a years long struggle with increasing joint and muscle pain, brain fog and fatigue that has been diagnosed as fibromyalgia. Flare-ups could be controlled with prednisone. However, the flare-up were coming with more frequency (and therefore I was less active) and my fatigue and lethargy were increasingly more intense. Naps, which I never took, were happening every day, sometimes hours at a time. Psilocybin retreat? Rheumatologist? Naturopath (who go through a program as rigorous as med school)? I'm 61 and long term meds for various ailments have messed with my body and psilocybin for my mental health wasn't going to necessarily address my physical issues so I took the plunge. I'm 6 weeks into this 6 month program and already the supplements and elimination diet have dramatically helped my fatigue and muscle pain. But that's just part of the program: lab work to eliminate autoimmune diseases like lupus have put my mind to rest (still have an RA test coming up) and ID'ed a pre-diabetic sugar level, even though my diet was already relatively healthy (whole grains, veggies, etc.) So now we have tweaked supplements and are moving forward. I can't wait to see where I end up! I'm realistic - e.g., I don't anticipate my arthritis to be cured, or my bone on bone thumb issues to go away, but I feel like I am on my way to being in control of my life again.
