The best part for me is how structured it is - and how two Naturopath doctors, a nutrition/wellness coach and a super organized office manager and just about all supplements are covered in the price! I'm smart and have done lots of research but have never been able to pull everything together into a coherent plan for myself, so I love just how easy the program makes tackling labs; setting up an elimination diet (including prioritizing organic foods); providing a unique supplement program; integrating movement; and integrating stress reduction and emotional balance techniques, including creating a mediation practice.
