This company is responsive, informative, and fair. New is not always what you want to hear with a contractor, but it's good to know that there are companies like this one that report honestly and deal fairly. You get what you pay for. Wallace and Sons cuts no corners and sugar coats nothing. BUT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ELEVATORS!!!! WHO WOULD CUT CORNERS ON THAT? Great staff in the back office answers phones, rarely leaves you on hold long, and gets you the appointments or info you need. As a local real estate agent that often is in need of contractor service, I highly recommend this one to my clients.
