We lost power 4 times within 36 hours this past week. When the dust finally settled, our elevator was not functioning so I restarted it thinking it would clear and then be fine...no good. I called Wallace for service and Nicole immediately gave me instructions for resetting the elevator and told me if that didn't work that there were other things we could do to reset the elevator. Sure enough when I called back the next morning, Roseanne answered and promptly directed me to the elevator room and walked me through a sequence of steps and within 3 minutes the elevator was tip top working order...couldn't ask for better service than that!!!
