I loved your company because you are competent and compassionate. My mom just got home from the hospital a day before her elevator stopped working. She was really upset because the elevator represents her independence. Without it she can’t go get medicines or leave her house because she is on oxygen , it’s impossible for her to walk down the steps with her tank. Roseanne, you are very understanding and knew how hard it would have been for my mom to do without service . For that, I thank you. I’m beyond grateful for your kindness and help. My experience with Wallace & Sons was exceptional. Not only are their technicians extremely experienced and knowledgeable but also they are respectful of property. They pay attention to detail and go out of their way to complete a job. I found the technicians to not only repair what the service call was about but to also go over the entire elevator. Over and above customer service in every regard from the personnel in the office to the field techs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install or maintain an existing elevator. I loved Wallace and Sons Elevator because they really know what they are doing! After months of dealing with another company that had no idea how to fix the elevator, I finally gave up and found Wallace and Sons.
One appt to diagnose the problem and 1 appt to fix the problem. No nonsense, showed up on time for both appts and kept us in the loop regarding timing for the repair.
Roseann was the best rep a company could ask for. Very knowledgable, on top of scheduling and very pleasant to work with. Could not recommend more highly!
