We lost power 4 times within 36 hours this past week. When the dust finally settled, our elevator was not functioning so I restarted it thinking it would clear and then be fine...no good. I called Wallace for service and Nicole immediately gave me instructions for resetting the elevator and told me if that didn't work that there were other things we could do to reset the elevator. Sure enough when I called back the next morning, Roseanne answered and promptly directed me to the elevator room and walked me through a sequence of steps and within 3 minutes the elevator was tip top working order...couldn't ask for better service than that!!! Love you guys! :>)

Great service from the office staff to the technical experts who maintain or repair the elevator. Whenever a need arises, the Wallace and Sons Elevator Service is highly responsive and exercises great care!

Everyone at Wallace Elevator is so nice and always very accomodating and professional. Dan , the service tech was great . The staff is always very pleasant to deal with and helpful, never rude or curt. Will try to help you over the phone if possible. Bailed me out a few times. 👍👍

The Technicians were great. Mile and Dan gave accurate updates and took care of all with skill and accuracy and in the time they said.
