Very impressed! I checked out a few hardwood flooring firms, and decided on All Hardwood Floors. Andy is very professional and articulate. He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls. His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. Shortly after going through all of the details, Andy sent me a contract. All of the work and expectations were clearly described. There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take. There were also zero questions about what would be expected of me (e.g. moving furniture, thermostat settings). His workers showed up on time, on the days they were scheduled. My floors came out better than expected. I had my old wood floors sanded/finished and new floor also installed .I ordered a no sheen matte finish and that is exactly what I got . They came out fabulous and people who enter my home can’t believe it is the same floors! Service was excellent and always had my phone calls or texts answered. Work crew was here when they said they were coming. I had zero bad issues with this business and all good all around . I would highly recommend.I also received their name as a referral from a friend that also had good review/ results. I can’t go into my house any more with out saying to myself,” I love my floors “!

We wanted to replace the hardwood floor of our living and dining area, and they did it perfectly in terms of quality, completed on time, and within the initial budget (no additional cost). A minor miscommunication about the start date, but very satisfied overall.

They come when they say they’re going to come and they call you ahead to let you know what is going on during the process of getting your floors redone. My floors are beautiful they look brand new.

We had Andy refinish our floors and staircase 2 years ago and it was excellent service from start to finish.When we decided to refinish the floor in our den last month, we knew just who to call. Great, fast and efficient service. 4 stars because some of the polyurethane bubbled up in between my wood floor planks after it dried. I had to do some work to get rid of the bubbling but overall quality work.

The job was professionally handled from the first moment. I was given all the help needed to pick colors and finish, work around flaws and get it done quickly. The price was fair and the finished product was excellent. I would use them again and recommend them without any hesitation.

Andy's immediate availability to come and quote the project was great, and they were able to do the work right away, that week, and was totally needed for our timing for a tight move-in. The communication was a little shoddy thereafter, so took a few more texts and calls than I would have liked, to learn from the 2-man crew what the timing was each day of work, etc. But all in all they did good work, quickly and pretty well. There were some spots that they would have missed had I not pointed them out (they missed them with stain on that day) but they cleaned well and got into some very tricky staircase railing tread spots better than I expected. I hired All Hardwood Floors to refinish the original floors in the dining and living room in a 105 year-old house. They were made of pine bords about 3" wide and looked pretty distressed. All Hardwood Floors did a beautiful job restoring them! We love the way they look. All Hardwood Floors was very easy to work with, very reliable and very reasonably priced. I can recommend then, highly.

Andy and his crew from All Hardwood Floors were great to work with from the start to the finish of our job. They removed some tile from the front entryway of our home and carpeting from our living and dining rooms and installed gorgeous pre-finished oak flooring.
