Virgin Island Sailing

I love the personalized service. The vessel that they find us, was in great shape even though it was 5 or 6 years old. That’s the name of the game: trouble less vessel.

It was a really good experience: all the information right on time!

Virgin Island sailing did a great job when we booked our charter sailing vacation through them. They handle all the details from start to finish in a timely manner. they even met us at the boat with a gift. This is the second sailing charter, I have booked with them and I would certainly choose them again because of their professionalism and just the fact that they’re good at what they do.

The whole process of walking you through the check in and making sure you’re comfortable with all the equipment and how it all operates was great to see. When an issue occurred while sailing the technician at Moorings was great at troubleshooting and made us felt comfortable! This was our second trip with Moorings and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much! The Hogarth’s

Prompt response and very helpful. Also very knowledgeable.

From the arrival in St Thomas to the departure the trip was perfect. The crew, the food, the stops, but the best was being together and sharing it all.

This is a high service business. Everything is oriented toward making the customer’s experience convenient and hassle free. I have recommended this service to many of my students and colleagues.

Virgin Island Sailing handles the details of chartering and works with the charter companies to assure a stress free vacation. Our family has dealt with them over two decades and they keep providing great service.

Our trip was awesome. Really liked Tyler and Claire, their personalities were a plus, Tyler had excellent skills as captain of our boat. The food was great. 5 star trip

Dealing with this company is amazing, they listen give you quotes on boats based on your needs, communication is on point including changes to original plans, second time that my family have used their service and will do it again.

We had a great experience with everyone involved. The boat briefing was thorough and everyone was professional and friendly. Will definitely book with them again in the future.

I've been using VI Sailing since 2013 and wouldn't use anyone else. Joann is the bomb when it comes to ensuring a seemless experience.

My 4th trip to charter a boat in the BVI was my first to use Virgin Island Sailing. I will never go again without their help. Every detail wasa smooth and timely. Questions were answer quickly and any problems were forseen and solved without delay. It was our best trip ever by far and much due to the efforts of Arden and Lisa. Great job guys.

VI Sailing is an excellent company to work with. Joann is my main contact there and is always extremely helpful when I'm booking (and changing) boats for our advanced sailing courses in the Caribbean. Once the booking is settled, the concierge team takes over, and they are also very professional and helpful. I personally appreciate the great communication from each person there. It is prompt, clear, and very responsive. Great broker to work with - highly recommend.

This is our third time working with Virgin Islands Sailing, and we would highly recommend them to anyone! Cara C. worked diligently to find several yachts that met our needs and price point! We were thrilled with her attention to detail, finding us a perfect match for an amazing vacation! The entire team was easy to work with, and we will be working with Cara soon to book our next yacht charter!

Great experience despitr airline problems (Jet Blue). VIS is a professional and caring oorganization. Vessel was clean and well prepared. Technical briefing was thorough but the vessel was technically sofisticated. VIS has a help network which we used several times. Will use them again.

We have used them over the years, very informative and great customer service!!!

Awesome experience. Highly recommend Arden Chambers for fantastic personalised service with a great attitude. Don't go anywhere else for your VI or worldwide yacht charter !!

our trip on Altesse was epic. The crew Kennon and Stephine we so prepared for us. made us feel more than welcome on board. the food was off the hook! Half of us we returning guest and the other half we first timers in the BVI. The crew did a great job of taking us to quite coves for us returning guest, while taking the newbies by tender to some of the attractions they wanted to see.
We will be back as long as we can do it with Kennon and Stephine on Altesse

Excellent, timely service. Always extremely responsive with great help. Enjoy their friendly, professional support.

VI Sailing takes the stress out of chartering a Sailboat in BVI. Just let them know what your boat parameters are and choices appear. After picking a boat they do all of the work to set up the Charter. You are still responsible to fill out all of the forms, but VI Sailing presents them to you and makes the process easy.
They handle any communications with the Charter Company before and after the Charter. I couldn't recommend VI Sailing and their Staff Highly enough. We completed a successful Charter in February 2024. Thanks to VI Sailing!

Very good experience. We got fantastic support before and during the charter (40ft catamaran)

Virgin Islands Sailing gave us a great service and we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in chartering yachts.

The wonderfully attentive team at Virgin Island Sailing helped us plan our charter vacation in the BVIs. Joann was patient with our questions and changing logistics as we continued to plan. She provided recommendations and choices for our dates and answered our queries by phone and email. We will definitely consult with Virgin Island Sailing again.

I submitted an online request for a quote for a BVI bareboat charter while I was leading my Boy Scout Troop on summer camp in Big Bend, Texas. Within minutes, Joann had called me, and she made the process so easy that I booked it that day. Everyone at Virgin Island Sailing has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We can't wait to use them again!

I have used VI Sailing and Joanne for 10 years now and she is absolutely amazing! Over the years I have asked so many questions through emails and she is always prompt, honest and thorough. Most importantly, didn't get annoyed with me. Working with her had been one of the best experiences I have had with any company.
Just booked another one today! Can't wait.

Boat was great and support was good.

Friendly, well-informed, and reliable staff. Great selection of yachts, even during the Christmas Holiday. Online payment portal needs some work. Minor glitch with availability of a propane grill, but no biggie.

This is my 5th trip booked with VISailing since 2008…and I’ll be back.
