This was my 4th booking via VI Sailing. They always are very clear, timely, helpful on best options, and super friendly.

The customer service from VIS was excellent! We had a great vacations and we are already planning for next year.

Virgin Island Sailing was by far the most professional, reliable and easy to work with charter brokerage I have come across in the last years. From day one, the communication was clear, transparent and once I paid the deposit for my booking, I received an online account profile with all the rservation, charter, payment information. Weeks later, we received a comprehensive visitors guide in the mail, which helped us get aquainted with the USVI. The concierge team was in contact with me for upcoming reminders of all sorts. We received a pre-charter check-off list.
As a reminder, VIS is a broker, so the day off the arrival at the marina, we dealt with their local...

We have used VI Sailing for several of our charters over the last few years and have always had a great experience. They have made great recommendations on companies to use and they are so easy to work with. I will definitely use them again for future charters.

From the very start everyone with Virgin Island Sailing was incredible to work with! My first contact was with JoAnn, but they all gave great information to get the ball rolling. Throughout the process, I would have a question, and someone would reply with an answer or let me know they would get an answer (which I appreciate the acknowledgement)! We just got home less than 24 hours ago and I'm already intending to work with Virgin Island Sailing for our next trip!

virgin island sailing was very knowledgeable about all different yacht options at different companies in our cruising location. They communicated quickly and efficiently regarding timelines and answered all my questions. I have used them twice now with the same good outcomes and I will continue to use them as a yacht broker

Wonderful experience with Virgin Island Sailing booking and coordinating our charter in the British Virgin Islands. The team was easy to reach and communicate with. They were very knowledgeable and responded quickly to any inquiries. Many times the team at Virgin Island Sailing were proactive and made sure we fulfilled all the obligations including providing resources and information to assist im making the trip a spectacular experience.

Our trip with Ellie and Gordon were amazing. They took us everywhere we wanted to go, showed us some of their off the.beaten track favorites, and served us incredible food and drinks! Ellie is masterful in the kitchen, dishing up Gluten free meals like it was nothing. Tedavi is also a very comfortable boat with all The toys. Highly recommend these two and the boat.

This was an incredible trip! Ally and Bubba were amazing hosts and really made this trip super special for us and our guests. Cara was fantastic to work with and really went above and beyond to get everything set up for us.

The pre charter coordination was very good and thoughtful. I appreciated the sailing guide to get us excited! Tam Elli was a lovely boat and almost brand new. Great design and lots of bells and whistles. Our checkout was good with important info RE depth from the keel. The boat sailed really nicely. One bit of feedback… the sheets were really rough and I would have appreciated nicer sheets that breathed better. A minor but nice improvement.

This was our 2nd time booking with Virgin Island Sailing and the process was very smooth and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Joann was great to work with in regards to getting us different quotes. Hope to be back in a year or two!

THE LADIES AT VIRGIN ISLANDS SAILING WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. A VERY RESPONSIVE GROUP. WHEN I LEFT HOME FOR THE CRUISE I WAS VERY CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING WOULD GO SMOOTHLY AS THEY WERE THERE TO MAKE SURE IT DID. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE CONSIDERING A CHARTER. We had a wonderful week abord the Alora . Rouke and Paige Were a perfect Captain and First Mate. They anticipated our every need. He sails with ease and explained to us everything that we needed to know. Her meals were delicious. Everything was neat and orderly. A perfect experience.

We have never bareboated, or organized a trip of this magnitude, so I contacted a couple of charter companies, and VI Sailing. Joann Higgins was awesome, and with her quotes and information we decided on The Moorings. With her as the initial contact, and later with the concierge team, our questions and concerns were promptly dealt with, and the trip, from 3/29 through 4/5, went 100% smoothly.
With a trip under our belt, I could probably do the next one without the help of a brokerage, but I will use VI Sailing again, as having a central point of contact was incredibly helpful, and reduced stress considerably, as I was the planner for a charter that included 3 other couples. An oversight by me could have ruined someone's vacation other than mine. I highly recommend the VI Sailing team. We had a great week on the Barefoot Bliss. The food prepared was Ariq was top notch and Captain Rob helped make our first time to the BVI a wonderful experience!

My family and I did a 5 day catamaran sailing trip across the BVIs. Virgin Island Sailing was amazing through out the entire process, booking, planning, preparing, they were there through the entire process and were very helpful. The crew was perfect. They were knowledgeable, personable, and very discreet. The 49 Bali design of the Alora was accommodated 3 couples with good space and amenities. Dealing with broker was easy.

Virgin Island Sailing is my GO T0 broker. They are efficient, answer questions quickly, offer suggestions and follow up from beginning to end. It's the only way to book a sailing vacation!!

This couple serious took care of us, went above and beyond too make this vacation so so good.
