After months of trying to finance our inground pool through other lenders, we were repeatedly told everything looked good, only to be disappointed when the loan ultimately wasn’t approved because of the amount being requested on an unsecured loan.

Less than 12 hours later, we completed our validation call, and by 4:00 that afternoon we received confirmation that our loan had been funded and our pool contractor had been notified.

The communication, customer service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Robert and Luisa made what had been a frustrating four-month process feel simple and stress-free. I only wish we had found Viking Capital from the beginning we could have had our pool months ago!
