Jay and Stephanie were great! Jay reached out to me promptly on a holiday when most bank services were closed and had me approved within hours! Stephanie was prompt with loan docs and kept me informed on all steps of transaction! Less than a week with a holiday and my builder is ready to start digging! Highly recommend! Thank you

I love Viking Capital because their loan process is very quick and not complicated compared with other pool loan companies. They have options on the type of loan that fits on your financial need. The loan consultant Robert and loan processor Stephanie are great and very knowledgeable in giving information and update about the loan process. They are very quick to respond as well. The loan application to the loan approval took me around 2 days. I will work with Viking Capital again if I need it. Highly recommended for any pool loan construction.
