I just want to say a huge thank you to Alan Breecker and Stephanie Peters for helping me get my pool loan after being denied by Lyon Financial and HFS. My credit score was on the lower side (around 640, maybe even a little lower), but they still got me approved! Alan was incredible, he guided me through the whole process super quickly and made everything really easy and stress free. Honestly, after the other denials, I didn’t think it was going to happen, but Alan told me he would get it done, and he did! I absolutely loved working with Viking capital. The very first phone call with Alan went smoothly. He explained how the process worked and he was going to make the loan happen. Once it was time to move on to the next process, I started dealing with Devon who is absolutely amazing and within a week Alan and his team got me approved and now my kids will have a pool in the backyard of our new forever home that we are building and I couldn’t be more excited and happy.
