Highly recommend Viking Capital. I completed the EASY online application for my pool loan. The very next day, I had an email response from Ed DeMonte, who was ready to discuss my options. We spoke, he was informative and efficient, there was ZERO pressure to commit. Ed was available via email, phone or text and was quick to respond to my questions. After I submitted my documents and signed the agreement, my loan was approved within 24 hrs. This experience was easy, fast and painless.

We submitted our application for pool financing on a Friday, and we were funded by Wednesday! The loan consultant was very thorough and advised us what documentation would be needed. The process was very easy!! I highly recommend Viking Capital!

Normally don’t write reviews, contacted Viking and another major pool financing company. Viking had responded and sent an conditional approval before other company even responded. Process with David and Tosha was easy and quick. Best route to go.

After a couple of banks refusing to approve my loan, Viking Capital, made it possible to fund our pool project. They gave us a competitive rate that was better than what the other banks, who denied my application. Definitely 5 stars. Customer service was always friendly and very attentive on the matter. The other guys would take days and at times not respond to previous emails or request. Ed D, was probably one of the best Loan Consultant I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you guys. Can’t wait to enjoy our pool.
