The whole process was just easy. The tech used to provide documentation was easy and there was no back and forth: they told me what they needed (as far as documentation) I uploaded it, and that was that. The BEST part is the communication. Emails were responded to SO fast (usually within minutes but never more than end of day). THANK YOU ALL for being connected and understanding the importance of timely communication. Highly recommend and will use again !!!
