Jay and his team, answered all my questions quickly, and had my loan in and approved, before I knew it. Definitely a company I will go to again for my next Home Improvement Project. Customer Service was outstanding across the board, as well as the communication. Way to go Viking Capital. It was great working with a group that truly knows what customer service is.

Don’t normally leave reviews but my experience with Viking Capitol was almost too good to be true. I have taken many mortgages and loans throughout my lifetime, but this was absolutely amazing. They were fast, efficient. Great communication just top-notch all around would definitely recommend this company Kurtis Hillegas is an amazing person to work with couldn’t be happier.

This was the BEST company EVER!! The communication skills is GREAT. Ed DeMonte this guy right here is GREAT TO WORK WITH AND AWESOME COMMUNICATION SKILLS. When he say he is going to do something, your better BELIEVE him. Heck I think my whole process was complete in under 10 days. If you are looking to work with someone GREAT find Ed he is the man..
