Working with Alan at Viking Capital was amazing. Super quick, very responsive and kept me in the loop at every point, without wasting time on a bunch of fluff. I am a "get to the point and make it happen" kind of person, and Alan definitely delivered that. We were in the middle of closing on an investment property, and adding a pool... and needed to do the pool loan without risking any issues with the mortgage/house closing. I was not lost with Viking Capital. I am so thankful I found them on line. My only regret is that I didn’t find them soon enough for I could have the entire pool loan amount from them. Viking is a excellent business entity because of the excellent staff they have.
