Absolutely amazing customer service from beginning to end. We actually let our application lapse, expecting another funding source. However, when I realized that source was going to be longer than what was needed to go ahead and pay our contractor, they got everything up and running within 24 hours of me emailing them and reopening the application. Absolutely seamless and very easy!
