Amazing stay! Location is quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping at the boardwalk. Beautiful beach view from the covered deck and super cute and comfy decor throughout the condo. Fabulous place for a family getaway or girls trip!

We had a great experience at Ocean Dunes! Beautiful views, great access to beach & pool. The condo was clean and well maintained. The bathroom switch went out while we were there and it was replaced within 4 hours. Sunrise pictures taken from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Such a great spot for a beach getaway weekend! Big open kitchen and nice views of the ocean. Private beach access. Nice outdoor shower. Quieter part of Carolina Beach which we liked but still close to everything. A lot of stairs so wouldn’t recommend if you are with older folks or need more accessibility. Only wish the balcony was a bit bigger for outside space but overall this was a great stay with young kids and a small dog! (Beach is pet friendly at morning and at night).

Everything was great. Had a few little things come up but was fixed very quickly. Good communication with company. Good location with restaurants near by. Also Kure pier was very close.

We loved the home we rented with Victory Beach. Thank you for being one of the few we've stayed in that had enough dishes, utensils and cookware for our group of 12!

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Cane.’s cottage . The beach was so close to our rental and we enjoyed walking and swimming everyday. So did our dog Max.We also enjoy all the delicious restaurants ! We love Fort Fisher and walked on both the ocean walkway and the path along the fort and intercoastal. We will definately be back!! House was beautiful and equipped with everything!! I love the vacation. They have done this right for the past 20 or so years with the places they have put us in. This year was no exception as the house and grounds were beautiful. The pool, the oceanfront property and all of the bedrooms were gorgeous. I just couldn’t believe we were using it. We are already talking to them on properties for next year and possibly be before next year with a long years with a long weekend or something.

Staying with Victory is always such a pleasant experience. From excellent customer service to the cleanliness and excellent properties, you guys are top notch. Thank you for a wonderful getaway at Carolina Surf 302!

It's a good little condo, Ocean Dunes Resort 2305A Sailor's Hope, second time I've stayed there close to the beach fairly quiet and clean.

Victory always does a great job for me! Clean and comfortable accommodations and excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them and I have been in the property management business for over 40 years - they are a class act!
