We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Cane.’s cottage . The beach was so close to our rental and we enjoyed walking and swimming everyday. So did our dog Max.We also enjoy all the delicious restaurants ! We love Fort Fisher and walked on both the ocean walkway and the path along the fort and intercoastal. We will definately be back!! House was beautiful and equipped with everything!! I love the vacation. They have done this right for the past 20 or so years with the places they have put us in. This year was no exception as the house and grounds were beautiful. The pool, the oceanfront property and all of the bedrooms were gorgeous. I just couldn’t believe we were using it. We are already talking to them on properties for next year and possibly be before next year with a long years with a long weekend or something.

Staying with Victory is always such a pleasant experience. From excellent customer service to the cleanliness and excellent properties, you guys are top notch. Thank you for a wonderful getaway at Carolina Surf 302!

It's a good little condo, Ocean Dunes Resort 2305A Sailor's Hope, second time I've stayed there close to the beach fairly quiet and clean.

Victory always does a great job for me! Clean and comfortable accommodations and excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them and I have been in the property management business for over 40 years - they are a class act!

Your staff are the best….they were more polite, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional than any of the other people we have ever dealt with in over four decades of working with rental property managers up and down the coast. For example, they proactively called and offered us an early check in at noon. Although our travel plans didn’t allow us to take advantage of that, later when I called and asked for a noon check out they gave us even more-a 1p time. Amazing!

The property is well kept and everything in working order. If or when I had a question or problem management took care of it right away. Everyone is very helpful in each department.

This was our second year renting a condo through Victory. What impressed us most is their prompt response to any concerns we have. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are returning next year for another 9 weeks stay.

I’m never disappointed when I go there. Everything clean and neat and all the staff helpful. It’s convenient to the beach and restaurants and especially Carolina Lake. I love walking around it every night with my dogs. Very peaceful.
