There is no question that Victory Beach Vacations is the BEST rental company on Pleasure Island for both renters and owners. Note to renters: if there is a problem, you must call them, don't just write a bad review. They will take care of things for you and in a very timely manner. And with Victory, problems are unlikely in the first place. They are vigilant about making sure owners prepare well for each rental season, and they provide support for owners as needed to make sure things are done right.

About their housekeeping: a professional cleaning by Victory is mandatory between guest check-outs and check-ins. They don't leave it to DIY cleanings between reservations, which just does not work well. (Who wants to or has energy to clean a property at a professional level, after a week at the beach?) Stayed at the Cabanas. The private beach access and location right on the boardwalk made this the best vacation for our family. Cabana was clean and affordable. Frank's pizza was amazing and shout to Shelby Jeans and the mountaineers. Had a blast. Read more >

The house was wonderful, just steps to the beach! It was exactly as pictured online and was very clean when we arrived. There was everything you could possibly want including an outdoor gas grill and lots of kitchen "stuff" to prepare meals! First time at Carolina Beach and renting through Victory Beach Vacations and all went well. Our condo was as described and clean, and working with Victory was seamless. Enjoyed our stay with Victory Beach Rentals in Kure Beach N.C. In July 2017. Very easy rental to work with and the house The Grape Escape was just what our family needed for our yearly vacation together. Plenty of room and very clean. It was both close to beach and pool. Stayed at the penthouse. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It's one block away from the beach, 5 minute walk. If we needed anything the office was on the first floor. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back myself. Read more >
