I recently had a journey home inspection on a home I'm in the process of buying. It's a rural property and I had little to no personal experience with many of the systems that are standard on homes in the area. Steve did my home inspection, and took his time in explaining all of my questions in depth. Pointed out things not only that needed repair, but some pros of the property that didn't even cross my mind. Overall it has been a very beneficial experience, followed up by a detailed report sent to me electronically, which has been very helpful moving forward.
