Journey Property Inspections

Anton and Emily are awesome to work with - they were professional, thorough and answered all of our questions. The same night we got a very detailed report (over 80 pages) with pictures and a prioritized list of fixes as well as ongoing maintenance tasks. Anton and Emily work as a team, so you get two experts for your inspection and both of them walked us through the property and explained all their findings. I would highly recommend Anton & Emily

First time home buyers- we chose Journey due to their good rating. The things that come to mind that were issues were that we were told our septic and well were in a specific place in our yard and it turns out after several hours of looking for records and talking to people that both are located in our neighbor's yard. Which also means that nothing was checked out on them; this was before they took septic and well inspections off their list of things inspected. Our roof is not in as good as condition as we were led to believe and we'll be needing a new one within the first year of living in our home. I'm giving 2 stars because Steve did make an effort to come out and help look for the septic tank a few times but ultimately we haven't heard back from him after he said he'd do more research and see what he could find out about our property.

Anton and Emily were great. A+++. Very knowledgeable and personable. I loved that they communicated major issues they found while at the actual property. Another company I dealt with didn’t communicate at the time of the inspection and you just received the report. There were no surprises when we received this report and I really appreciated that. My only regret is not using them before for a previous inspection for my daughters home! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection.
