I had a really good experience with Travis doing an inspection. He was very good at what he did, he really inspected EVERYTHING, Which is what you want an inspector for but those stories about bad inspectors certainly do not come from this crew. I was pleasantly surprised to get a book on how to maintain your home and several warrantees with the inspection, such as a non-leak warranty on the roof a structural warranty etc. they also have a lifetime appliance recall program they offer that you can also add new appliances to in the future.

All in all I was very happy with the services that they provided and the inspection. Travis was nice, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use him in the future or recommend this company.

Steve and Travis completed a detailed inspection of my pending home purchase. They explained in simple terms what items I should be aware of and were happy to answer questions that I had. Steve took extra time to help me understand how a septic tank and drain field are different from a sewer and how I should take care of them. The inspection report I received was incredibly detailed and helped me decide what I should ask the seller to fix before I purchase the home. I highly recomend JPI to anyone needing a new home inspection.
