Steven and Timothy had carried out the inspection for our first home back in February, which we just closed on a few weeks ago :). They were at the property well before we arrived and were organized. Both inspectors were very respectful and knowledgable. They took the time to answer all of the questions we had (and boy did we have a lot). Steven was amazing! As first time home buyers we were a bit nervous about what we might be getting into but he walked us through everything. He was there for 3 hours and as he inspected things he explained what we were looking for and what we should expect. He answered all of our questions, even the simple ones. He assured us if we had further questions or concerns to feel free to call him. I am so glad we chose Journey Property Inspections! I would use him again and recommended him to everybody wanting a quality service and some piece of mind.

Could not be happier with all aspects of the service Steve provided. He arrived early, was thorough in explaining everything that came with his service, and then got right down to business. Very knowledgeable, patient in answering all questions, and I felt he did everything he could to protect me as his customer. The price, the warranty, and Lowe's discount were all a bonus compared to other quotes I got and there was no sacrificing service. Highly recommended.
