A wonderful experience. The team was very polite, gentle, and loving with my cat, which meant a lot to me. They also took the time to give me a lot of helpful information and guidance for traveling with my pet to Argentina. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend them!

Truly the sweetest vet around! Everyone is so caring and gentle with both pets and owners. My cat has been coming here for a few years now and every experience has been the same, amazing! Staff is kind and understanding, recommend to all, specially anxious pet owners!

Clean, friendly & honest. You cannot go wrong. The staff is amazing. The doctor is fantastic. Nobody likes going to the vet, but if you have to, Vets on the Hudson is a great place for reliable experienced care and a reasonable price.

I have been using Vets On The Hudson for almost two years now. Because my Grant suffers from severe allergies and anxiety, he has to take a monthly Cytopoint injection, so needless to say I am at the office routinely every month. Dr. Gjokaj worked with us very closely to come up with a treatment plan that seems to be working well. Furthermore, every single person that works there, from the vet techs to reception is always highly pleasant and professional. **SHOUT OUT TO THE TECHS THAT DO GRANTS SHOTS! ** And like clockwork they text you the very next day just to check up and see how your pet is responding after treatment- this is really what makes them stand out. This clinic is really above reproach.

Dr. Djokaj and the team are wonderful! I brought my cat in with a broken ankle (we didn’t know that at the time). But everyone was so helpful and supportive! I could see that my cats health was a priority and everyone cared. Highly recommend! Your pet will be in good hands🫶🏻

Great experience and took very good care of my dog

Our sweet Ranger was attacked by two dogs who left a huge bite and muscle damage on his chest that needed major care, surgery, and attention. Dr. Gjokaj and her team were amazing from the start with giving us the full details of what needed to be done. Ranger needed a drain to ensure proper healing and check-ups to ensure there was no infection to keep from having to place Ranger under again for an additional surgery. Not only did Dr. Gjokaj and her team keep that from happening, but Ranger loved going there and seeing everyone even though they were caring for his wound. We are grateful to have entrusted them for Rangers full recovery. A big heartfelt thank you to the entire staff!!

I had a good experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff is kind, professional, and cares about animals. The veterinarian took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my cat with so much patience and compassion.

I’ve been going to Vets on the Hudson since they opened their doors. They have cared for my two cats until they crossed the rainbow bridge and now Dr. G is our vet for my new pup. I have been to many vets the last 30yrs and without any hesitation Vets on the Hudson is the best in the county. I never feel rush, the vet and techs are very knowledgeable and their service comes with a sincere smile each visit. Plus their office/exam rooms are very clean. That’s a huge win for me and my pet. If you are debating between VOTH or the chain veterinary down the road, I’d recommend VOTH.

With so many vets in the area, all varying in levels of service, it's usually difficult to find a place you can trust. I am happy to have Vets on the Hudson as a place I can go to that will give me a thorough assessment of my pet. Very friendly team too! It makes a huge difference.

When my Maltese passed away from Cushings Disease, the Doctor and her staff were wonderful. They prepared her a "last meal" of all the things she could never eat but wanted to. She went to the Rainbow Briddge a happy dog! Now they are taking excellent care of my new Chihuahua puppy. Don't hesitate to take your fur babies to them.

They are an amazing team of doctors and staff.

They provide laparoscopic and endoscopy procedures. This enables less invasive procedures with quicker recovery and less pain. They are awesome!!!

I recently adopted a young stray cat who started visiting me outside my office building a couple nights in a row. The very next day, I brought him to Vets on the Hudson, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received since.

Because he was a stray, he had a handful of issues we needed to address, and the team here has been amazing every step of the way. They’re incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, clear in their explanations, and genuinely helpful. Every visit, we’re greeted with a smile, and it really shows how much they care about their patients and the people who love them.

In just two short months, my cat has come such a long way, and I truly feel he’s in the best hands possible. I highly recommend Vets on the Hudson to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and trustworthy veterinary team.

We are so grateful to have found Vets on the Hudson. Our dog needed knee surgery and from the very first appointment the team made us feel completely supported and confident in his care. They were able to schedule his surgery quickly and the procedure went fantastic. The staff and doctor are incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The best Vet in this area

I can't recommend Vets on the Hudson and Dr. Gjokaj highly enough. Over the past year, Dr. Gjokaj has cared for Teddy through everything from routine check-ups to CCL surgery and dental cleaning, and she's been exceptional every step of the way.

What stands out most is how genuinely caring Dr. Gjokaj and her staff are. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all my questions, and treat Teddy with such kindness and patience. The follow-up care has been outstanding—they proactively send texts to check on his recovery, which shows they truly care about their patients beyond just the appointment.
The CCL surgery in particular was a stressful time, but Dr. Gjokaj made the entire process so much easier. She was clear about what to expect, supportive throughout recovery, and always available when I had concerns.

Is my first time I have a pet, and I’m in love with my cat, so I wanted the best for him. I choose for vets on the Hudson I loved that place, it is clean, the staff is amazing and nice they gave me a service beyond my expectations. And tomorrow after the visit they called me to ask about his condition.

It is with great pleasure that I strongly recommend Vets on the Hudson for all the pet parents out there. The clinic is very clean, the service starting at the front desk, the nurses and Dr. Gjokaj is exceptional. All the stuff are so friendly, knowledgeable and even in case of emergencies so welcoming. Dr. Gjokaj is so professional, very nice and since in the beginning that I got my puppy, She has been on top of the wellbeing of my DaDoo 🐶. Is very important for me to have a Doctor that cares for my puppy as much as I do, and I have found this on Dr. Gjokaj.

Very happy with my experience so far with new puppy care and visits! Very positive experience for both of us, the techs and doctors are so personable and caring!! Parking is easy and their hours are great.

Vets on the Hudson is excellent! Dr. Gjokaj and her entire team have taken amazing care of our new puppy Cooper - as a first-time dog parent, they’ve been a wonderful resource and I know Cooper is in great hands whenever we bring him in for an appointment. I especially appreciate their follow ups via text, and shout-out to all of the vet techs and front desk staff who love on Cooper and make his day! Would recommend this vet practice to anyone living in the WNY/NB/Edgewater area!
