The folks here are really fantastic. Booking appointments with them has been smooth. Their team is very responsive via email. The vet techs are superb. They always walk me through the prices of every line item before moving forward. Shout out to Dr. Kwon for answering all my questions during our visits, and for writing me emails and leaving me voicemails explaining exam results.

I had taken my cat to Veterinaire Pet Care for nearly a decade. Every one of the people I've met working here, from the front desk to the technicians, to the doctors, have been nothing short of professional and compassionate.

Their services have been more than satisfactory for my family, seeing that my cat had a long life as happy and healthy as he could possibly have had.

After 18 years, my cat passed away due to complications brought on by his age. This has been a very difficult event in our lives, but the staff here could not possibly have done more to make the transition easier. They took care of all of the details that I would otherwise have struggled to work through, and for that I am exceedingly grateful.

My family thanks Veterinaire Pet Care whole-heartedly, and I fully endorse their practice.

One of my cats pass away really young because of a freak genetic heart condition. Because of this I’m also sooo anxious with my other two cats health. This office is always super attentive and prompt in answering my emails and calls with concerns/last minute appts. All the vets there that I’ve encountered have been super compassionate and kind especially Dr. Waxman when my first cat was sick.

I can't say enough good things about the vets at Veterinaire. Since they opened the practice in downtown JC, they've looked after our little menagerie of two cats and a mini-dachshund (all of whom are now seniors) with the greatest care. We've been through so much with them, including major surgery and long-term management of a chronic illness. It's clear that everyone who works there is a caring, compassionate, and kind individual. They never try to upsell you, and their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for many years. I tried several veterinarians before, but once I found them, I never went anywhere else. They are incredibly attentive, always keeping you informed, answering every question, and guiding you through everything your pet needs.The clinic also knows exactly how to handle international certificates and other special requirements, which has been a huge help. Prices are fair, and I highly recommend getting pet insurance from the start it makes decisions about treatments much less stressful.I’ve been extremely happy with their care over the past five years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Truly deserving of five stars!

Quick, conscientious, courteous...no complaints!

Not the cheapest but one of the best vet experiences I've had. My cat is very nervous and vocal, and all of the staff were patient, caring, and highly competent. I appreciated that I could make a last-minute appointment, how clear and upfront the pricing was before agreeing to labwork, and the follow-up communication and check-ins.

Dr. Kwon and receptionist Sarah are outstanding! Dr. Kwon goes above and beyond for every patient, considering every possible condition, showing incredible patience, and giving the most thorough physical exams I’ve ever seen. She takes the time to carefully examine every detail, and it’s clear how much she truly cares.

Sarah is equally amazing, always responding within minutes and never hesitating to reach out to other vets to ensure everything is in order. Their teamwork and dedication make every visit smooth, reassuring, and caring. I feel so grateful that my cat is in their hands!

They care and follow up via email. I typically ask them my long list of questions and they always get back to me within 12 hrs. Exceptional service and communication!
