Love it here

We've been going here from the very beginning and we love Dr. Cory Waxman and team. They've treated our babies like family and they really care. They all genuinely love our fur babies, they take great care of them and they don't mess around to try to make you pay more - no gimmicks or BS. They're the real deal, fur real. We've recommended so many friends / furiends to them.

I'm adding a PUPdate as of June 2026 to day that Veterinaire continues to provide compassionate care and they're also very organized which is the PURRfect blend. Melissa the vet tech is so kind with my very senior dog Annie and Dr. Durga has provided kind and informative care to both Annie and our other Pomeranian Archer. Annie has been a LONG time patient of Veterinaire and we are grateful for them. Also shout out to Sara and Kat at front desk. They all make things run smoothly.

Great office with good prices too. Quick but efficient, staff is kind and scheduling is super easy.

Every member of the staff was so welcoming to our little boy Wolfie! Dr. Choi gave us great advice on bringing up our pup. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs were so loving! We are glad to have found a great primary care clinic in Downtown Jersey City.

Dr.Durga is wonderful, I’m so happy to have found a great doctor for my Cheese! She may not always be happy to see him, but he is so reassuring ❤️

This was my first visit and from the first interaction when scheduling the appointment to us leaving the office, the Staff were the absolute best! My dog is reactive and anxious and the Staff made every accommodation to make sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend and am glad I’ve found my new vet office!

Veterinaire has been a reliable and trusted vet practice for my cat’s primary care needs over these past few years in Jersey City. The team does an excellent job explaining care steps and providing care.

The whole team is always so attentive and helpful—whether it’s a quick call to the front desk for advice on out dog or an annual checkup with the vet or an illness. We always leave feeling that our dog was handled with expertise and kindness. Also, we appreciate all the follow up calls for results and check-ins. Thank you!

Everyone there is always super friendly and I can tell they love animals just by the way they treat them and their owners. I was so nervous going back there after not having beeen with my dog for way too long but they made me feel totally comfortable

Today we had to get Honeybee seen for an emergency with her paws and the team at Veterinaire was so helpful. It didn’t cost an arm and a leg, Dr. Durga was so patient with her, and Honeybee left feeling worlds better than when we arrived. Now she’s home with her cone, her paws wrapped, and a follow-up appointment scheduled in 3 days.

Great staff and doctors!

It’s the first time the doctor has explained in detail my kitten Luna’s symptoms and the options we have to help her feel better. The care has been amazing.

VPC Provided excellent service in the last days and hours with my cat Westbrook. They showed extreme compassion when I was making appointments and canceling them trying to figure out what was going on with him, and when the time finally came to make a decision, they gave us ample time to spend with him in his final hours… From the doctors to the hospital staff, I would highly recommend Veterinaire Pet Care for your pet.

They took perfect care of my dog Rocky, first time my dogs behaved in a vet. Great and friendly staff.
