KIRK WAS EXCELLENT! I WAS WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM MY MANAGER BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE INTERNET SERVICES IN THE OFFICE. KIRK CALLED TO HELP ME WITH WITH ANOTHER TASK AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY INTERNET ISSUES AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET MY INTERNET WORKING IN NO TIME.

I emailed IT to get my laptop back up and running and Kirk sent me a response in less than 15 minutes to call him so he could assist. He got me set back up and was very helpful with answering my questions!

Kirk was helpful, responded in a reasonable time and have patience.

I need two email boxes set-up quickly. Two recipients in each box. Jordan had these set-up and working within a 1/2 hour. Always a please to work with. Hope he enjoys a very well deserved vacation!

It is taking me some getting use to with regard to Vector Choice, because I am so use to the In-House Help Desk at Well Care; I guess I got spoiled (not that I needed help everyday). Kirk & Nicholas are my FAVORITES! I am always made to feel like "I am not so bad with my not knowing" when they receive my Ticket. YAY!

I am sure as time goes on I will get use to how Vector Choice does things, in the meantime I just hope either Kirk or Nicholas get my Ticket - LOL!

I called in to Vector Choice support unable to login to to my server. Within just a few moments I was reset and ready to work! Great customer service!

The It person who assisted me today was Kirk. He is so patience and explains everything I need to do or is going on with the computer. I am not a wonderful computer lover and his help and patience with me is always a welcome relief.

I was extremely satisfied with Jordan of Vector Choice. Jordan was very punctual in responding to the ticket I had opened to set up new devices for the warehouse team. Thanks to Jordan's commitment to the task, he was able to quickly have them returned to us fully set up and ready to use the next day made sure to stand by to ensure that the handhelds were functioning correctly when being put to the test to make sure everything ran smoothly after his departure. I would highly recommend this service again in the future and look forward to speaking with him again whenever the situation would arise.
