Resolved My issues with professionalism.

Having difficulties with opening Quick Access in Windows Explorer. Nick quickly responded to my ticket submission. Saw that I needed to do a Windows Update and told me it would take awhile, saving me personal time. Updates were made through the night. Next morning, everything finished up. He followed up, did some checks, and everything is now working fine. Effective, efficient, and friendly customer service are the best descriptions of his support. Thank you, Nick.
