Val's Services Cleaning

Sonia and Jessica did an absolutely outstanding job! This was our first home, and they were incredibly thorough and paid close attention to every detail—everything was spotless and beautifully cleaned. You can really tell they take pride in their work, which meant a lot to us as first‑time homeowners. I truly appreciated how careful and efficient they were, and the place felt fresh and welcoming when they were done. We would absolutely love to have Sonia and Jessica back again and highly recommend them.

Maria did a great job with our deep clean! We have a dog and an older house that can get very dusty. Everything looked great and she was very friendly!

Great experience! Finding a trustworthy/reliable home cleaning service in Chicago can be difficult, but Val’s was so easy to communicate with, schedule online, bill by credit card, all those little things that really make a difference when working with a vendor. Tania thoroughly cleaned our condo and did a great and efficient job with a positive attitude. Really appreciate it!

Maria and her teammate did an amazing job!

The team at Val’s services provide great service. Booking is simple—you talk to a real person each time and are quickly take care of, very customer oriented and polite in every interaction I’ve had. You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted.

We’ve been a customer for the last 6 months. I only meant to get things cleaned around the holidays but they did such a good job that it’s a wonderful monthly treat.

Each time we’ve had a cleaning we’ve been happy, in particular we appreciate Ana M.’s service and detail orientation. We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but other members of the team provide a great service from our experience. The staff is equipped with their own supplies making it really hands off for the customer. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure...

Lizabeth was wonderful. She did a great job cleaning.

We are very happy with Val’s! Catalina, Ana, and Delores were prompt, friendly, and thorough. Prices were fair, communication was easy, and our house is spotless.

Ana was very sweet and thoughtful with her cleaning.

Anna was AMAZING!!! She did a great job and we really appreciate Val’s Cleaning. Thank you as always.

Great cleaning! Very happy with the results

I am giving 4 stars cause they needed to reschedule my service. Communication was fluent but, still this is the reason why 5 stars were not accomplished. Nothing to do with Maria M. who really did a solid job she took care of my place really good. Overall I am satisfied but, she needs to pay more attention to details. I am kind of cleaning freak so I notice a couple spots she missed, nothing major, though. I will happily have her back to my place anytime!

i scheduled a deep clean and it was MORE than worth it! i will definitely be using Val’s for my cleaning services in the future!

Ana M. is the best!

Karla was outstanding! Possibly best cleaning ive had

My new-to-me home needed a pre move-in deep clean and Val's did a great job. The scheduler was helpful and informative, and the team that did the work was professional, skilled, and very respectful of the space. 10/10 Highly recommend

Our house was sparkly clean after Val’s team cleaned. We had 48 showings and many commented how good it looked!!

Val’s just left my condo after a move out deep clean in preparation for renters. The place looks amazing and was well worth the cost. I’m glad I found them on Reddit.

Ana did such an amazing job!

Amazing, thorough, and timely service!

Val’s cleaners are professional, meticulous, and leave my home spotless every time. If I am home, they verify I am satisfied with each room before leaving. Have been using Val’s for years and expect to continue for years to come.

The cleaning was on time, friendly, and thorough. Would definitely recommend Jessica.
