I cannot recommend Ana Mendoza highly enough! She has been cleaning my apartment for five months now and is consistently excellent. Ana is a true professional—punctual, thorough, and always leaves the place looking spotless. If you are looking for someone reliable who does a fantastic job every single time, Ana is the best!

I have been using Val's cleaning services for about a year now, and I have been consistently happy with the experience. My regular housekeeper has been Ana, and she is truly exceptional.

When I recently moved, I was initially told that Ana might no longer be able to clean my new home. To my wonderful surprise, Ana showed up on cleaning day as she always has. Her attention to detail and thoroughness has left my new home feeling, well, like home!

I’ve contemplated hiring a cleaning service for years now and decided to try Val’s after several weeks of researching services in my area. I can honestly say that it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! The booking team has been so professional and helpful and now after my second clean with Val’s I can confirm that both Luz & Betty cleaned more in 3 hours than I could accomplish all week! Hiring Val’s team has relieved more stress than any massage I’ve ever had and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!

Maria is amazing, so detail oriented and did such a thorough job. She waited to make sure i was pleased with the final product before leaving as well! Highly recommend.

I just moved to Chicago and needed my new apartment cleaned from top to bottom — she delivered beyond my expectations. Anna M cleans our place every three weeks! She’s very sweet and thorough. I love what she does for us. Also, I wanted an off day cleaning bc I was throwing a party and Anna wasn’t available so the company sent Dulce. She was also very nice and did a great job. Very thorough. Everyone I’ve interacted with on the phone for administrative things has been super responsive and very friendly. The cleaning techs and the people on the phone I can tell care about the quality of work and making sure their clients are happy. Changing my review to 5 stars

I got the deep clean which my condo needed after a bathroom remodel. Sonia P was amazing!! My place looks and smells beautiful. , it was also the little touches.Like with my towels and kleenex boxes. I will definitely be using them once a month.

After trying a few different cleaners, we worked with Dulce and she was fantastic. Great attention to detail, quick and efficient, worked with us to focus on what we needed most. We can't wait to continue working with her!

Update 8/29: today Ana cleaned our home and she did a fantastic job. She was quick, kind, and efficient, leaving our home so clean and even leaving hearts out of the blankets.
