Val's Services Cleaning

Silvana cleaned our house today. She did a great job. Everything felt and looked very well cleaned. Thank you and I hope you can continue cleaning our house. My son said she is the best!

Liseth was timely, thorough, and helpful. Even though I am not bilingual, we had no trouble with basic communication.

My cleaning project had been rejected by four Chicago-based cleaning companies as being a “biohazard” (the culprit, dried milk, is not a biohazard; it’s just difficult to remove). And a previous cleaner spent more time on their phone than they did cleaning, which ended up being four hours charged for wiping a counter and mopping a floor for which they charged me “deep cleaning.”

Val’s Cleaning Services took on the project without being judgmental and Lisbeth was never on the phone! I’m already planning my next project with them since I’m so satisfied with their thoroughness and performance.

Sonya and Liseth arrived early and did an amazing job on my two floor apartment. Highly recommend both of them!

They were prompt and did a highly thorough job of deep cleaning my apartment whilst I was gone for 6 months. The admin was responsive and transparent with the pricing, services provided, and timing of it all. Do not hesitate to book!

We used Val's Services for a deep clean on our condo to get it rent-ready, and I can't recommend them enough. When we moved out in November, we honestly left the place in rough shape. Between a busy household with a 2-year-old and a dog that sheds nonstop, plus movers who packed us up in a single day, we left behind dirty floors, grubby appliances, and a general mess. Val's handled all of it and got the place looking great.

What stood out just as much as the quality of work was their communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew what to expect and when. That's been a rare experience for me with contractors I've dealt with, who leave you guessing about timing and progress, which only adds stress. Val's was the opposite: professional and consistent from start to finish.

Had a wonderful experience.we were moving in to a new apartment that had been left pretty dirty by the previous renters and Val’s Cleaning Service made it spotless and move in ready. We feel much more comfortable moving into our new apartment.

We get Angelly for our regular monthly cleaning and she's always amazing. Small little touches like arranging plushes or folding up toilet paper in different designs always bring us some joy.

I've waited a few months to leave a review because I wanted to make sure the service was consistent and it is! Their cleaners are very careful and methodical, every little corner in the house will be clean when they're done. Ana M specially has been my cleaner the last few months and she's awesome. She really gives us a very needed reset in our home every time she comes :)
