Sonia and Jessica did an absolutely outstanding job! This was our first home, and they were incredibly thorough and paid close attention to every detail—everything was spotless and beautifully cleaned. You can really tell they take pride in their work, which meant a lot to us as first‑time homeowners. I truly appreciated how careful and efficient they were, and the place felt fresh and welcoming when they were done. We would absolutely love to have Sonia and Jessica back again and highly recommend them.

Maria did a great job with our deep clean! We have a dog and an older house that can get very dusty. Everything looked great and she was very friendly!

Great experience! Finding a trustworthy/reliable home cleaning service in Chicago can be difficult, but Val’s was so easy to communicate with, schedule online, bill by credit card, all those little things that really make a difference when working with a vendor. Tania thoroughly cleaned our condo and did a great and efficient job with a positive attitude. Really appreciate it!

The team at Val’s services provide great service. Booking is simple—you talk to a real person each time and are quickly take care of, very customer oriented and polite in every interaction I’ve had. You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted.

Great cleaning! Very happy with the results

I am giving 4 stars cause they needed to reschedule my service. Communication was fluent but, still this is the reason why 5 stars were not accomplished. Nothing to do with Maria M. who really did a solid job she took care of my place really good. Overall I am satisfied but, she needs to pay more attention to details. I am kind of cleaning freak so I notice a couple spots she missed, nothing major, though. I will happily have her back to my place anytime!
