The place itself was fine, but what I really liked was how communicative Victor was. He always responded promptly and provided useful instructions. The pastries were also a good add! I liked the chorizo ones especially

Victor was one of the best hosts I've had on AirBnB, he was super responsive, always offering help, and very detailed in his instructions. He even brought us some Cuban pastries for breakfast on day 1!

I think the area is very centrally located near Wynwood downtown, Wynwood arts district, and South Beach, making it very easy to get around everywhere. (15-20 mins everywhere)

It's not ideal to have our floors be separated (have to go outside to go upstairs), but it's easy enough to go up and down if you need to. Just wish we could've hung out altogether indoors.

Outside area can get a little dark and sketchy at night, but if you walk in a big group it's no problem! We mostly ubered anyway

To be honest, it’s been the best investment spot for Miami. Víctor, he’s super amazing. When we got here, he brought pastelitos (Cuban pastries). Very kind and humble. The rooms were very convenient for my family. For example, a full kitchen so we didn’t feel all cluttered in one area. I definitely recommend and we will be back!

My husband and I chose this short-term rental in Miami while renovating our home. We chose this Miami vacation rental based on location, size and reviews. The location was great! 15-30 min or less to everywhere from our offices to our kids school. The house was super nice, clean with incredible comfortable beds.

Only a few blocks from prime Wynwood walking, plenty of space which makes it perfect for either a company offsite or bach party.
