House was prefect. Plenty of beds and bathroom. House was clean and have everything for use. Nice area in backyard to sit and enjoy times bqq in back. I will book again when I come visit in the area. The host was awesome! He answer quick to all my questions.

The place itself was fine, but what I really liked was how communicative Victor was. He always responded promptly and provided useful instructions. The pastries were also a good add! I liked the chorizo ones especially

Victor was one of the best hosts I've had on AirBnB, he was super responsive, always offering help, and very detailed in his instructions. He even brought us some Cuban pastries for breakfast on day 1!

I think the area is very centrally located near Wynwood downtown, Wynwood arts district, and South Beach, making it very easy to get around everywhere. (15-20 mins everywhere)

It's not ideal to have our floors be separated (have to go outside to go upstairs), but it's easy enough to go up and down if you need to. Just wish we could've hung out altogether indoors.

Outside area can get a little dark and sketchy at night, but if you walk in a big group it's no problem! We mostly ubered anyway
