I subscribe to the values of Utopian VA because they go the extra mile to assist me. My new online store has gone through many obstacles in its teething phases and they have walked diligently with me all the way. I have to mention Nasitha and Yokesh who have been exceptional.

I am working with Karthika in this company. She helps me manage my account and she has been amazing throughout the year. She helps me overcome my queries. As I am busy with my other job so she helps me look after my online account and has never let me down with it, she is always up to date with all the work and sends me report everyday.

To answer the question why I chose Utopian VA. The company was highly recommended, and I am very pleased with the results. Especially, having Akshata as my store manager. Our experience with the whole team was fabulous. We were worried if it's good or not but we found that it was way too amazing. We were blessed to have Shuvam with us, that guy is such a blessing, his positive mindset, proactiveness towards work is remarkable. We think of a problem, we drop a message and we see Shuvam right there with a solution. We thought we'll struggle alot because of the time difference but then that guy proved us wrong. There were instance where he connected with us to solve our problem somewhere around 11pm his time that too with a smile on his face.
