Scott from Utopia happened to be a professional colleague of my Realtor, who had acted as agent for my condo purchase.

I called Utopia and left a voicemail explaining what I needed; Scott returned the call right away; and came over the next day. So right there, you can tell they are a customer-oriented, responsive organization!

Scott was very friendly and helpful. I was contemplating a design change to my kitchen lighting. Scott didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, which was that it was a great idea and would work fine.
