Utopia Home Staging & Design

My wife and I are lucky to have found Utopia Home Staging. From beginning to end, Scott Ascherman listened intently to our needs, always adhered to our budget, and crafted a very creative (with Angelic's keen eye for design), elegant, partial-staging plan that took our home's look to a new level--one that matched its price tag and market positioning as a luxury home. The entire team has been courteous, diligent, and conscientious in delivering on its promises and we couldn't be happier. Utopia even made a beautiful and professional video of our staged home, which was a nice surprise.

BREATHTAKING and STUNNING are words that came to my mind when I first stepped into my home. The moment I met Scott and the way he presented himself, to how he listened to my needs and made me feel like what I had to say was important, are reasons why we chose Utopia out of the three options that were presented to us. He took the time to meet us as opposed to another business who just sent me an email with their prices. After meeting with Scott, I didn’t even need to look at their website to know that Utopia was going to do a fabulous job with making sure they designed and displayed my home in luxury and style.

Every step of the way, Scott communicated with me, answered all of my questions and explained the how and why of their staging process which I appreciated very much.

And I can’t forget to mention Alisha who came in to measure the rooms and assess the...

Very easy to deal and coordinate with staff and the execution was flawless. I love the look of the home

10 stars if I could! Absolutely amazing to work with. They exceeded all of my expectations and transformed the home into a space that felt elegant, tasteful, and elevated. Every piece of furniture perfectly complemented the home’s style, and they made even the most challenging areas look effortless and seamlessly designed. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend them.

From start to install Utopia was incredibly professional, responsive, and on top of everything. They knew my concerns before I even voiced them and went above and beyond. The staging looks stunning!

From the very beginning, working with Utopia has been a great experience. Scott, Alisha and Raquel (and the rest of the team) all did a fantastic job—from initial consultation, to measuring, procuring the right pieces for our home, to actually installing the pieces our home. The team moved very swiftly and efficiently and got the job done and it looks SO good! Give Utopia Home Staging a call if you’re looking to stage your property!

Utopia Home Staging is the class of Las Vegas professional home staging. We personally know the owners Scott and Angelic and their commitment to excellence is unrivaled. They care about their clients, realtors, and staff. Their investment in high quality, on trend inventory is a commitment to their and their client's brands. As a fellow home staging colleague who stages in the Tampa Bay area, we recommend their staging services to anyone looking for a company that delivers a high-quality client experience, great results, and stagings that make your homes POP, and providing a top-notch presentation experience.

They have worked very hard to build up their reputation and footprint in the Las Vegas market. It's shameful that in reading some of their reviews, someone or some company out there left 4 straight fake 1-star reviews masquerading as what appears to be real names...

Utopia Home Staging is the Premier Home Staging service in Las Vegas! They have well defined processes that make the experience with their customers truly seamless. They keep their inventory fresh and have a keen eye on how to present the home in its best light!

Utopia Home Staging is the best in Vegas! They truly care about their clients. I love how they are always updating the inventory and putting things in the home that makes sense for style and scale of the home!

Wow!!! Utopia has the skills, vision and customer service you’re looking for. I am absolutely amazed by the feeling they have created in my listing for sale 1 Costa Del Sol. I was a bit concerned because I knew that the great room was a challenge from the shape and size and Angelic and her crew made it flow seamlessly. They used quality large scaled furniture, accessories and art throughout. They staged the entire property and I could not be any happier. I asked for contemporary and they delivered and more. I will use Utopia for all my staging needs forever, I am a huge fan. Thank you Angelic, Scott and crew. They busted out a 6,017 sqft home in 3-4 days. I can’t wait to write another review with our stats once we close on this. I have a feeling a buyer will want to buy fully furnished it looks so good. I am so glad I chose you!! Thank you so much!!

Working with Utopia has been such a relief. We’re moved out of state and the house has been on the market for six months without any interest. With the staging complete the new pictures present the house beautifully.

The level of care, creativity, and excellence delivered by this staging team quite literally left me and my sellers in tears of happiness. Every detail was intentional, every space elevated, and the final result exceeded even our highest expectations. This wasn’t just staging—it was storytelling, transformation, and heart. 5-Star Review for Utopia Home Staging
Utopia Home Staging receives my highest recommendation! From start to finish, their service has been truly exceptional.
My vacant listing in Henderson/Las Vegas had already been on the market for a while—we were getting showings, but no solid offers were coming in. I decided to bring in Scott from Utopia to stage it with their Top Performer package, hoping it would make a difference.
Right from the initial consultation, they were professional, responsive, and full of great ideas tailored to my property’s style and target buyers. The staging happened just a few days ago, and the transformation is incredible! They brought in stunning, high-quality furniture, artwork, and accessories that turned empty rooms into warm, inviting spaces. The attention to detail—from perfect furniture placement to elegant decor—is outstanding. It really...

Scott and Angelic are both great and work well together. They gave me good advice without quoting a thousand statistics (like other stagers did) and did a beautiful job staging the house I am trying to sell. Interestingly, even though the furniture is not my style I loved it as it makes the house look bright and modern. I would definitely recommend Utopia AND they are reasonably priced.

Utopia Home Staging did an outstanding job staging one of my luxury listings in Las Vegas. Their design elevated the home immediately—modern, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the high-end buyer profile. The attention to detail, furniture selection, and overall flow truly transformed the space and enhanced the property’s marketability. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Utopia Home Staging for anyone looking to showcase a home at the highest level.
