Scott and Angelic are both great and work well together. They gave me good advice without quoting a thousand statistics (like other stagers did) and did a beautiful job staging the house I am trying to sell. If you’re thinking about staging, you MUST call Utopia! They are fast, friendly, reasonably priced and very good at what they do.

We started with an in-home consult for an occupied home sale and we got scheduled with Scott within two days. He was super friendly and gave us great ideas for how to stage ourselves - from the small details to bigger picture. However, during the consult we realized how much better our home could look with the right additions and a designer’s touch. Scott created a custom quote for us within our budget and we were staged within a week!

We are generally pretty frugal people, but I will say without a doubt they are worth every penny! Angelic and her design team completely transformed our home. I wish I had before pics, but you can see some after shots attached.

Our realtor introduced Utopia Home Staging company to us and it was a decision we will never regret. From the initial walk through (Scott) to design (Angelic) to the staging day (crew), the whole process went seamlessly and the results were stunning! Scott and Angelic are very pleasant to work with and they were flexible enough to accommodate our schedule so that we could put our house on market immediately afterwards. Their crew is very efficient, polite and respectful; they were able to get a 3,200 sq ft house done in 1.5 days. Everyone who had seen our house all complimented on how much nicer it looks now.
