Well this is my second time working with Angelic & Scott at Utopia Home Staging. They always have an amazing "Can Do" attitude with a breath of fresh air around them. Angelic is the Artist and Scott is the braun. Together their eye for detail is over the top. They spend a lot of time getting colors, furniture, painting and trinkets, just right. I have seen them put in and pull furniture many times, to get the look just right! They will even touch up appliances to get the right look. My first property needed new carpet, we chose Utopia Home Staging instead. The property sold much sooner and is still the talk of the neighborhood in Paradise Palms, Las Vegas where properties were built in the early 1960's. Scott and Angelic were tasked with a challenging project to do a 12,000 sqft commercial space for executive offices and lounges under VERY tight timelines threaded through construction contractors on the site. Their creative design work under very constrained conditions was fantastic, elicited very positive feedback and we kept many of their design ideas for the final service offering. Utopia does a great job. It can be difficult to quantify the ROI on staging sometimes but I can tell you, it’s definitely worth the investment every time!

A couple testaments to the power of staging;

There’s a property I have listed and sold now 3 separate times. The home has an open concept design with a very large common living area. The first time I listed the home the feedback wasn’t positive. Once staged, it received multiple offers in a week, at or above listing price.
