Utopia does a great job. It can be difficult to quantify the ROI on staging sometimes but I can tell you, it’s definitely worth the investment every time!

There’s a property I have listed and sold now 3 separate times. The home has an open concept design with a very large common living area. The first time I listed the home the feedback wasn’t positive. Once staged, it received multiple offers in a week, at or above listing price.
