I wanted to give a shout out to my new PT Joseph! He was very knowledgeable and made working out fun!

I've been a Crunch member for about 5 months, and use Joseph Elias for personal training. He's personable and always super supportive. He knows how to motivate and pushes his clients to challenge themselves to reach new goals.

My boyfriend and I have been training with Joseph for a while now and we can’t recommend him enough! I was anxious at first since I’d never had a trainer before, but Joseph is super kind and great at making you feel comfortable. He really knows how to challenge you while still keeping things encouraging and positive. I’ve been focused on strength and weight loss and Joseph has been an awesome guide through both. He’s also been very helpful with meal planning, which has made a huge difference. I definitely recommend Joseph if you’re looking for a trainer who’s supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in your progress!

Had a killer workout

Joseph is awesome! Started training with him about a month ago and he definitely knows what’s he’s doing! Very professional, friendly, and is very attentive to my specific goals! Already seeing results and can’t wait to continue growing with him. 100% recommend him if you are looking to get back in the gym and are lost on how to start. I feel confident now each time I step in and this gym is always clean and all the staff is always very welcoming!

Joseph is a fantastic personal trainer! In just a few sessions I've already seen improvement and strengthening in areas that had limited mobility after surgery. He's helping reach goals I didn't think possible!

I have signed up for several gyms over the years and never stuck with them for long. I joined crunch fitness and I signed up to have a personal trainer. Joseph Elias has been amazing! He's knowledgeable, patient, has kept me accountable and he makes you feel comfortable and confident. Joseph has been flexible and understanding of my chaotic schedule which has been a blessing as well. He's also very receptive to his clients! He has a way of making you feel like it's just you and him through the session and there's no one else there. I would have canceled my membership if I didn't enjoy my sessions with him.

I’ve been training with Joseph for a few months now and have noticed a difference in my strength and motivation. He listened to my goals and needs and designed a program that is interesting and diverse. He demoed any exercise I was unsure of and helps to correct my form for the best targeting and gains. Additional, in my weekly session, he asks if I want to follow the plan or do a wildcard workout, which keeps things fun and pushing me just enough out of my comfort zone. He’s great at encouraging and modifying if needed. I feel much more confident in the gym now between sessions!

I signed up with the training program to help get me with a routine for lifestyle habit changes. I see Ian and honestly I have so many positive experiences with him. It’s great because he essentially creates a roadmap for you and as long as you do your part you will see results. His personality is also great and really helped to bridge my fear of gym into a new love for it. I can’t praise/recommend him enough! I used to be so wary of checking/weigh in days but now I’m excited to see the progress that I’m making.

Haven't joined a gym for a long time and couldn't have asked for a better place to join and be a part of. Love the app it has to track yourself, your workouts and allows you to stay accountable. Something for everyone and a clean environment. Highly recommend.

This is my first time taking personal training. Juliana is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and very friendly, which made it easy to feel comfortable and motivated from day one.

Juliana takes the time to understand your goals and creates personalized workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. What I really appreciate is how clearly she teaches each workout – explaining the form, the purpose behind it, and how it fits into the overall plan.
