Top-tier customer service!
I signed up for a membership at Crunch in Round Rock back in November. Since then, I made the decision to move across the country. Unfortunately, there isn't a Crunch gym that is relatively close to my apartment. I called the gym yesterday and first spoke with a specialist on the phone and then with the Owner/Operator, Eli. Both were really empathetic towards my move and eventually cancelled my membership with a full refund included. Thank you!

Going to be a great addition to the area!

awesome people, brand, and location!!

Amazing classes and with Tanning and Hydromassage included in the membership 😍🙏

I went by and met Joel and he gave me a tour of the inside. Super nice guy~ I can’t wait for it to open. The following day I took my son and his friend. Adrian was super friendly and very helpful ~

Joel and Eli are so helpful & friendly. Can't wait til the gym opens!

Absolutely amazing people and great space! I Totally recommend it!

Brand new Gym in RR at the NW corner of 45/35. Has all the basics needed to get a good workout in.
The owners are planning on opening more locations in Austin.

I went on a Thursday night to sign up. The process was super easy and the two guys there were very helpful. They were so nice and answered my questions. They close at 7pm right now and my paperwork took me a few minutes after 7, but they didn't mind at all. Enrolling is very easy and simple. I can't wait for the grand opening.

Great alternative to golds next door, affordable and maybe a little bigger... definitely 10 years newer which helps. For the price they charge it should be worth it
