The staff is super nice and approachable. Very chill place & becoming my second home. Everything you could possibly need to get fit and not be bored! Best part is they’re open 24hrs!!

Great vibe and amazing new types of equipment. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I’m really enjoying this gym. The equipment is nice, the staff are super friendly and the classes are really great! It’s nice because I feel like I’m actually being challenged in the classes.
The facility is clean and so far everyone I’ve talked to (members) have been extremely friendly! Another perk is that this place is in walking distance of where I live - SUPER CONVENIENT!

My one complaint is that the music is too loud. All three times I’ve come in, at different times of the day, the music was just blaring! I understand the point for motivation and stuff, but it’s a little much, haha. But I have sensitive granny ears, so this probably doesn’t bother other people. �

I signed up for a membership at Crunch in Round Rock back in November. Since then, I made the decision to move across the country. Unfortunately, there isn't a Crunch gym that is relatively close to my apartment. I called the gym yesterday and first spoke with a specialist on the phone and then with the Owner/Operator, Eli. Both were really empathetic towards my move and eventually cancelled my membership with a full refund included. Thank you!
