Update: Not only were my concerns addressed kindly and promptly, but one of the biggest problems I had with the facilities (cold showers) was fixed quickly. Amazing customer service. Updating rating from 3 to 5. Good work 👍

One of the best $10/mo facilities. For this price, you get access to tens, if not hundreds, of cardio and strength machines, plus free weights. You can also use the equipment, such as punching bags, ropes, and boxes, by the individual training area, if not in use.

What makes this gym stand out are the squat racks, which few gyms seem to carry. The facility is well kept and the staff is always ready upon request.

There isn't enough positive things I can say about this gym. I've gone to several (back home in California) and they've never come close to Crunch.From the moment you walk in the staff is extremely friendly. They never seem to be to busy to talk to you, welcome you or help you.
The classes are amazing and each instructor you can tell genuinely enjoys what they are doing.
I only wish more gyms were like this.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is friendly, instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and engaging. Jennifer and Brian are my absolutely favorite instructors! Also not to mention how clean the facility is and people actually re-rack their weights. Hydromassage is also a big plus 👍🏼. I’m glad this gym promotes a judgement free zone, I feel comfortable coming to the gym everyday knowing that I’m not going to be judged on my size or workout routines. Used the kids club today for the first time. My son is 9 and usually he at school or hanging out with our neighbors kids. Today I needed to get in a workout but I had Chance .
