DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.
I came here for a while and it was good, the staff was nice and the facility were clean, however i had to leave this gym for reasons im not going to specify. i used their contact me form to try to cancel my membership, no response, i called them and was told i have to come in to cancel or send a certified letter. when i didn't do those things the harassment started. hey called me over and over with robo callers, they sent hundreds of emails. then all of that stopped, now they have opened a collections and ruined my very good credit score. I tried to cancel, I called several times, i spoke to someone over email and always got the same result. i cant cancel without being in person. this is a scam. Read more >

Crunch Fitness is a vibe. It doesn’t matter if you are 15 years old or 51, you are treated with respect. From the cardio classes to individual machines, the options are endless. Yes, it gets crowded at times but it doesn’t hinder your workout. If I’m 51 and can feel comfortable at this fitness center, so can you. Read more >

Edit: After posting this review, the staff reached out to me to help resolve this issue, so I wanted to thank them, and I am updating this review to reflect this.

I also wanted to highlight some things I liked about this gym in my past three years enrolled here. Well, one thing really: all the class instructors are awesome. The cycling instructors are so energetic and fun, Charmaine is a legend, and the yoga instructor is awesome. The yoga classes were a staple of my weekly routine for years. I also wanted to shout out my private trainer. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and I always felt like I got a good workout with her. Read more >

I had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands and wanted to rehab them while working out. Luckily I got assigned Joseph Elias as my personal trainer at Crunch and he took care of me, showing me techniques that allowed me to sweat without painful palm pressures. I would recommend you ask for him by name when getting a trainer at Crunch! Read more >

I love Crunch Fitness RR! I have been a member now for over 2 years! They have great fitness classes and one of my favorite instructors is Charmaine Yates-Enriquez! I love her "35 in 30" class, "Cardio Tai Boxing" class, "Top It Off" class, and her "Looped In" class!

My body has made a transformation of sorts when I started taking her classes. It's a bustling gym, yet a close tight knit team of friendly and talented staff.
