Super Friendly staff - Nico is an amazing trainer there! He’s made the gym seem much less intimidating and I’ve seen great progress with him

Juliana is an amazing trainer! She is extremely patient and super supportive, which makes me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions. Working with her has been a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer!

I love the fact it's 24 hours that's ONE OF THE REASONS why I signed up. The other reason was because they have boxing bags ... That's a must when someone works out!!

Staff is polite and pleasant. My personal trainer Micaiah has been amazing in helping me get stronger after an injury.

Changing my review to 1 star. Micaiah is still amazing but not an employee there anymore. The way they go about making it so difficult to cancel the personal trainer subscription is ridiculous. Apparently, you have to give a 30 day notice… But seeing as they let go of my trainer without my knowledge (20 days before my next charge), they are now expecting ME to continue through this pay cycle…THEN put in my 30 days notice. This means I am locked in for another 50 days because of a VERY POOR decision to let go of one of their BEST TRAINER THERE. This was not a decision made by me therefore this charge should not be on me. I am going to make a completely separate bad review for my experience with Jeremy the GM.

Crunch Fitness, in Round Rock, TX is my HAPPY PLACE!
If you are looking for a great place to work out, I highly recommend that you join Crunch Fitness in Round Rock.
Not only is the gym well-maintained and super clean, but they also have excellent personal trainers.
I have the pleasure of working out with IAN. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great conversationalist, and willing to listen and modify the workout when needed. Because of his dedication to excellence, I know that I will be able to achieve my goals!
If you are considering using a personal trainer, I highly recommend IAN (great workouts and a little eye candy too : )

A great place at an affordable price. The High Intensity Training (HIT) classes really challenge and motivate me.

I have been training with Nico for a while now, and he’s been awesome. He always pushes me to do my best and keeps me motivated. He has introduced me to new exercises that have really helped me improve my strength. If you’re looking for a trainer who understands your capabilities and will make sure you challenge that, Nico is the one.

Good gym and good equipment, there's a strange ethereal presence in the men's restroom, usually appears between 4 and 8 AM. Aside from such, everything is great.

I've been personally training with Nico for a little over two months know and the progress I've had is incredible. He's very attentive and pushes me when he knows I can do better. I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the gym and a better personal trainer!

Ian is so much fun, flexible and always on time. His crazy stories keep me motivated and I am planning to continue to work out with him.

The gym had a welcoming atmosphere. Ian was extremely helpful and expressed true interest in my fitness goals. There was no pressure for training, only valuable information to improve my training. If I am ever in need of a trainer, Ian would be someone I would reach out to for help. The gym had a lot to offer and was clean.

Been a member for about 3 months, working with Nico for personal training, and it’s been great! After two kids, I was pretty much starting from scratch, and he’s been an excellent teacher and motivator. Kids Crunch has been great with my kids, I wouldn’t be able to take the time to exercise without them.

I’ve been training with Nico and I’m a converted gym girly now who used to hate the idea of the gym! I feel so much stronger and have loved seeing my progress every week. Highly recommend!

I joined Crunch near the end of this last year after not exercising since the start of the pandemic. They welcomed me in and worked with me on pricing in order to get me what I needed in the form of a membership and a coach. I see Ian Sapp twice a week and he's been amazing to push me further than I ever thought I would be able to get in my current state. Even in such a short time, I've definitely seen improvement in my strength and stamina and I'm eager to keep working with him until I've got all the tools to keep going on my own. Definitely recommend both Crunch and Ian to anyone needing help getting going again!

This crunch fitness' staff have been S+ Tier. They are so friendly and the equipment is always clean. I really enjoy the time I spent there.

Nico was a great help, being very knowledgeable and friendly! He made me want to get after it in the gym and in health.

Clean facilities, plenty of equipment of a wide variety, and friendly staff for a reasonable price! My trainer, Nico Flores, cares about my strength training progress and pushes me to my limit while maintaining a fun, friendly, and professional attitude.

I LOVE training with Nicco! After three months my DEXA scan improved and I can’t wait to see the results at six months! He’s the best trainer I’ve ever worked with!

So I've been at Crunch fitness for a while now and working with their PT program has been the best decision I made since joining the gym. My trainer Ian has been so great at working with me with all my fitness concerns and fitness goals. Very knowledgeable and definitely motivates me each week to be better! Would def recommend to anyone ready to start their fitness journey 💪🏾 !!

Love this location. Very clean and all the machines work well. Been getting in shape thanks to my trainer Annika. She is very helpful in my fitness journey!
