Crunch Round Rock - South

I’ve been to two Crunch gyms and this one is the older of the two. It’s a little bit bigger I think than the one in Cedar Park and has Nautilus machines which the Cedar Park location does not have. But this one does not have lockers with built-in combination locks so you need to bring your own lock. It also has fewer of the hydromassage and tanning rooms. I think there must be red light therapy here as well, but I didn’t see where it was.

I loved it the first time I came after work, perfect balance of gym equipment and space and loads of activities for everyone and the most clean I seen of any gyms over the years

I’ve been a member at Crunch Round Rock for years, and I absolutely love this gym. The staff is incredible — always welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in the people who walk through the door. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been truly life-changing, and I’ve grown so much because of them.

If I could pick up this entire gym and move it next to my new house, I would in a heartbeat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a positive, motivating place to work out!

Clean gym! Bathrooms and equipment were clean. Sauna was clean. Also one of the few gyms in Austin that have massage beds! (Hydro Massage). The machines were well maintained, friendly staff and not too busy around 2-4PM 😊

The Hydro massage beds are separate from the main area, which is great because that means you won’t have people staring at you for 10 minutes while you’re getting a massage! (not gonna name any names…). It also has tanning beds for those who are interested.

Busy in the weekday afternoons, but otherwise a nice place to work out. The gym is open 24×7 so no excuses there!

This crunch is very good and always clean the people are very nices.

Had an issue transferring my account because corporate just wasnt pushing my paperwork so jeremy helped me out and made a 3 month hassle a superquick fix thank you very much jeremy!!

Been working out here for a few months, I love the spacious environment with all the equipment I need! People are friendly, and the workers are supportive. I personally had a great experience with Isabella, her advice helped me out a ton during my workout. Excited to return tomorrow.

I’m always at this gym, and it never disappoints, the energy here is unmatched. Ayleen is amazing; she’s always there to help and never misses a chance to greet me. The people here are friendly and easy to connect with, especially if you’re new to the area. Hands down a 10/10 experience every time!

Awesome ownership at this gym. Good vibe low pressure and laid back atmosphere. Always clean and when something breaks it gets repaired right away! I believe this is family owned and it shows!

I’ve been going to this gym for a couple years now and it’s such a great place to workout! Clean facilities and amazing staff. Ayleen is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Couldn’t reccomended this location more :)

Izabella was the best

What a great experience I had with Alfredo’s help. 10/10 recommend this particular Crunch Fitness. Alfredo was kind and knowledgeable and took his time explaining and showing me everything.

Haven’t been back to crunch in a while and actually wasn’t very motivated, went to buy a couple of energy drinks and Izabella was very upbeat and positive and I felt good about coming back! Thank y’all!!

Izabella was such a great help when I came into Crunch today! Her bright smile gave me the energy I need to complete my workout today.
