I do not have adequate words to express our gratitude to United Property Restoration Services. During Thanksgiving Week this past November our Condominium Complex, The White Dory in Provincetown Massachusetts suffered a catastrophic fire. All 15 units were affected. Needless to say, we were all devastated and traumatized. Within days we heard from Bill Leone, the Owner and Karl Friedl, the Vice President of Operations who immediately reassured us all that they would restore the complex n its entirety and each of our homes. They promised to be there for us every step of the way and they kept their promises and then some. These gentlemen and their staff (whom we now consider friends with a special shout out to Gustavo Gjara) were extraordinary both in their knowledge,
skills and expertise and with their integrity and empathy. I call them “The Company with a huge Heart” . I never thought when I first saw The Dory in November of 2023 that I would be writing this from my Dory home in July. And more importantly, as promised our home is better than ever as is the entire Dory. It’s truly miraculous brought about by a company and it’s people who stood by their word.
