Within 24hours of my house fire, United Property Restoration Services met with me and helped me through their Emergency Services to secure my home. At a time of confusion, devastation and feelings of helplessness, they took their time explaining to me the process that I would be going through as I put this home back together. The process is still on going but my feelings of confusion, devastation and helplessness no longer exist. Thanks to the Emergancy Services and all of the rest of United Property Restoration Services various teams that have been working to bring my home back to life. Professional, caring company.

Joe and his team provided exceptional service during the mitigation process following a major water damage incident in our home caused by a burst pipe. Despite it being over the holidays, they arrived promptly the next day to assess the situation and immediately got to work.

Their diligence and attention to detail were outstanding. They thoroughly inspected every area, identifying moisture in places we would never have thought to check. This level of thoroughness gave us great confidence that no hidden damage would be left untreated.

We also have a GarageTek wall system, which they carefully dismantled, labeling each piece to ensure it could be easily reassembled later. This extra step demonstrated their professionalism and respect for our property.

United Property and Restoration is a professional company with highly skilled and compassionate staff. The build team listened to our needs and made adjustments as needed. We were able to work with United to make adjustments to our build. We updated our bathrooms and made other improvements and United was very reasonable in what the additional costs were. Tanner worked the finances out with us in a clear, professional manner. I do not have adequate words to express our gratitude to United Property Restoration Services. During Thanksgiving Week this past November our Condominium Complex, The White Dory in Provincetown Massachusetts suffered a catastrophic fire. All 15 units were affected. Needless to say, we were all devastated and traumatized. Within days we heard from Bill Leone, the Owner and Karl Friedl, the Vice President of Operations who immediately reassured us all that they would restore the complex n its entirety and each of our homes. They promised to be there for us every step of the way and they kept their promises and then some. We had a fire at our condo complex in Provincetown. United did a stellar job and were so responsive. Karl and Gustavo were so helpful in every way. Our condo units look amazing.

My mother ended up with water in her furnished basement after some recent intense rain. I live out of state and needed to work with people who were professional and took ownership of the entire problem.

I spoke with Denise and she was very informative and helpful. I drove down and met the crew to let them into the house. The young man running the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I left them there feeling pretty good after just a few minutes.

Over the next few days I got updates from my mom as they came in a couple of days to check how things were progressing and after about a week they cleared their stuff out and reset the carpet. All was good.

My basement flooded back in 2015 and I never left a review. My insurance handled everything but this company was very responsive and professional, got the job done in no time. Mind you, the mess was not pretty. They deep cleaned, replaced all my carpets, painted and left everything better than what it was before. I have always been eternally grateful. Thank you!

The fire at our home was categorized as a complete loss. Important decisions had to be made in a short time to ensure our property was secure, then cleaned, evaluated, and ultimately restored. We chose United. We have no regrets. From our original meeting and throughout the process all of our questions were answered, all of our concerns were addressed with understanding and patience. Although our project is not complete at this point the craftsmanship of their staff and professional contractors has exceeded my expectation. The staff(project manager, kitchen designer, even the owner)that we are working with are great people that are talented, knowledgeable and respond quickly. So ill repeat myself and say I am happy with the decision we made.
